  3. DELETE.EXE is in BETA, June 1996.

  5. * What is Delete.Exe?
  6. Delete.Exe is what DEL Command in MSDOS box
  7. of Win95 and WinNT 4.0 should have been. It simply 
  8. deletes files and send them to recycle bin. 
  9. The file(s) to be deleted are passed to it 
  10. as parameters. The rules are just like those for 
  11. standard DOS DEL Command, except that DELETE does 
  12. not support the "/p" option. If you feel it must 
  13. be there, please write to me. Delete supports
  14. WildCards and I presume it supports almost all
  15. conventions of DEL command usage.

  17. * Is it a TSR/Device Driver/VXD/...?
  18. No. Delete.Exe is a humble console mode Win32 
  19. application.

  21. * IS IT SAFE?
  22. Yes. The software has been tested in my machine 
  23. and few others under Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0, 
  24. (NT Pre-Release/Beta, Build 1234). Since I do not
  25. have resources to test it extensively I am leaving 
  26. it at BETA. By seeing your feedbacks I will release
  27. the final version.

  30. DELETE.EXE is absolute & brutal FREEWARE. Feel
